I have experienced two outreach training projects on land and water successively. The projects were carried out in teams. The projects included Thunderbolt Rolling Barrels, Tianluodi Nets, Chain Bridge, Sky Bridge, Devil's Wheel, No Trace on Water, Iron Lock Bridge, Concentric Bridge, First-line Money Lock Bridge, , CS field battles, tug-of-war competitions, etc., the competition and cooperation within the team, the full cooperation of all the participating players, personal self-challenge, etc., all staged "success" and "failure"; joy and tears interlaced. This is a test. The team's project analysis ability and team assistance ability are quite challenging. This outreach training activity was carried out very successfully. Finally, all the staff also watched the dance performances and singing in the Literary Square, the Love Zoo, and the free boating activities on the water. Expansion training can increase the cohesion of the team, cultivate a sense of teamwork, and exercise the staff's ability to assist in work. Nakamoto Security insists on annual expansion training, which is also part of the content of the company's corporate culture construction, and this activity will continue to be maintained.
